This picture was taken by myself in my back yard...i was taking general photographs in different locations around my house when i came across this picture...the first thing i think of are bugs...but this was when the cold snap had hit our area and the temperature that day were barely above 0..im not sure if any kind of bugs are going to be alive and out in this type of frigid weather.is this possibly nature spirits that were out at work...your guess is as good as mine.
